Sword slice
Don’t worry about technique too much, what counts the most is you doing this exercise the best you can. Get a durable toy sword. Using only your left hand, whack a object, that can absorb sword blows. I’m thinking that object could be a pillow hanging on a string. Use only momentum when slicing the pillow. Keep doing this exercise till you feel any tiredness with your left hand. Then, You can use your left hand as the dormant hand, and the right hand as a support hand. Keep wracking the object, with 2 hands till you feel any tiredness.
The goal of this exercise is to coordinate you left arm

If you can have a pillow like this boxing bag, then that would be great.

Whacking a pillow, is the same, like hitting a baseball. You can do what this guy is doing with one hand or both hands
