Pool behind the back shot
Don’t worry about technique too much, what counts the most is you hitting the ball good enough, through the design of this exercise. Go to a pool / billiard table, and grip the pool stick with your left hand, as the shooting hand. Through a different variation of shooting, hit the pool ball with the stick behind your back. This technique is used when you can’t shoot the ball properly through your forehand shot, so it’s needed to backhand if happens.
