How to bounce a ball off the wall and groundDon’t worry about technique, or gaining strength for your left hand. Get a table tennis paddle, also known as a ping pong paddle, and get a table tennis ball, or any type of bouncing ball. Using only your left hand, hit the ball so the ball bounce off the wall, to the ground, then it will bounce back back to your paddle to repeat. Keep doing this until you feel any tiredness in your left arm. The goal is to gain coordination for your left arm.
