How to bounce a ball off the groundDon’t worry about technique, or gaining strength for your left hand. Get a table tennis paddle, also known as a ping pong paddle, and get a table tennis ball, or any type of bouncing ball. Using only your left hand, bounce the table tennis ball with your paddle as many times as you can. Keep doing this until you feel any tiredness in your left arm. The goal is to gain coordination for your left hand.
